Abbiamo costruito, testato e dimostrato di essere in grado di fermare le particelle più piccole di 1 micron.

La nostra soluzione NON prevede filtri meccanici o elettrici che necessitano di costanti e continue manutenzioni.

A tutti gli effetti una tecnologia con costi di manutenzione pari a zero, giacché le emissioni vengono filtrate semplicemente da un normalissimo flusso d'aria.

Come funziona la tecnologia di Filtraggio PREINVEL?

Grazie ad uno speciale design che sfrutta le leggi della fisica, quando le emissioni inquinanti attraversano il filtro, si generano zone di depressione che risucchiano polveri e inquinanti, di modo che attraverso opportune “trappole” vengono poi convogliati in serbatoi ben distinti e separati:

- le MACRO POLVERI vengono convogliate in un primo serbatoio; per poi essere potenzialmente RICICLATE nel processo produttivo, riducendo così il consumo di materie prime e i costi di smaltimento.

- le MICRO POLVERI e gli INQUINANTI, invece, vengono convogliati in un secondo serbatoio. Potranno poi essere inertizzati o utilizzati per fondazioni stradali o materiale isolante.
